1.Skin incision anterior approach with surgical blade No. 20.
2.Haemostasis with diathermy pen.
3.Superficial peroneal nerve left in virgin subcutaneous planed.
4.Dissect between tibialis anterior and EHL.
5.Apply tibia jig (Prophecy)
6.Alignment checked and confirmed with X-ray
7.Fixed the tibia jig with guide pin
8.Saw the tibia
9.Apply talar jig (Prophecy)
10.Alignment checked and confirmed with X-ray
11.Fixed the talar jig with guide pin
12.Saw talar
13.Gutter debrided
14.Trial implant
15.Tibia awled
16.Talar chamfer sawed and milled
17.Trial reduction
18.Irrigate wound with pulsavac
19.Insert real implant
20.Irrigate wound with pulsavac again.
21.Close wound with vicryl 1, 2/O vicryl and 3/O ethion.
22.Dress wound with PICO, plain gauze, velband and crepe bandage.
23.Wound closing
