Procedure
1.Start pneumatic tourniquet
2.Create portal for 4mm arthroscope and working instrument
3.Decide repair or reconstruction
4.Prepare gracilis graft from proximal tibia
5.Lateral incision over talus and fibular
6.Drill with 3.5mm sapde guide pin under X-ray
7.Double fixation with endobotton and interference screw at fibular side
8.Talus fixed with another interference screw
9.Release tourniquet
10.Perform haemostasis with diathermy
