Procedure
1.Start pneumatic tourniquet
2.Create portal for arthroscope with surgical blade 11 and crile’s artery forceps (straight); then insert shaver and instrument
3.Prepare tibial tunnel with Meniscus Root Repair Set (oppose the operation side) guide, 2.4mm drill tip guide pin and 4.5mm endobutton drill
4.Pass the PDS 1 suture through the suture shuttle
5.Root repair pull out suture using minitape x2 with mini Fristpass
6.Centralization with 2.6 fibertak x2
7.Fix minitape with 4.75 agro anchor
8.Release tourniquet
9.Perform haemostasis with diathermy
